Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short

You can cancel a subscription at any time in one click and keep access until the end of the period — no further charges. Eligible refunds are issued within 14 days of approval; your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it. The English version controls.

1 · Who this applies to & governing law

This policy applies to purchases made through Dossova. If you are an EU consumer, the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies, including the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD). If you are in the UK, separate statutory rights apply under UK law — contact us and we will honour them. If you buy as a business (B2B), the CRD right of withdrawal may not apply and the terms of your order govern.

2 · Pay-per-SKU (one-time)

During the closed beta the full statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to a pay-per-SKU purchase — there is no digital-content waiver. If you change your mind within 14 days, contact us and we will refund an eligible purchase.

If something goes wrong

If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, you are not charged for it, and any credit consumed is returned. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us — we review every case individually.

3 · Subscriptions (recurring)

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings in a single step — it is exactly as easy to cancel as it was to subscribe. When you cancel you keep full access until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again. You can also downgrade; the change takes effect at the next renewal.

For a new subscription you keep the full 14-day withdrawal right for the first billing term during the beta.

We do not add cancellation fees, we do not require you to call anyone, and documents you have already generated remain available to you under the 10-year retention in our Privacy Policy.

4 · EU right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from an eligible purchase. To exercise it, use the withdrawal form — you do not have to give a reason. Where the digital-content exemption applies (see section 2), the right ends once generation begins.
